Terms of Service.
The terms governing your use of the Speedux platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Speedux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are between you and TLP Digital Ltd, the operator of Speedux.
2. Description of service
Speedux is a web performance monitoring platform that runs automated audits on websites you add, surfaces performance issues, and provides tooling to help you act on findings. The Service is currently in early access and is subject to change.
3. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and, where applicable, the authority to do so on behalf of your organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Add domains you do not own or have permission to monitor.
- Use the Service to conduct unauthorised security testing or attacks on third-party systems.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in a way that degrades service for others.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@speedux.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Speedux platform, including its code, design, and content, is owned by TLP Digital Ltd. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the data and content you bring to the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speedux and TLP Digital Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This document was last updated on 4 September 2026.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
